Vijay Murarji
Vijay is a solicitor in our commercial and property dispute resolution team with a broad practice including, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes, company and shareholder disputes, debt claims, enforcement, and professional negligence disputes.
He receives instructions from clients with inheritance claims, and property disputes relating to trespass, nuisance, adverse possession, neighbour and boundary issues, party walls, easements and rights to light.
He also receives instructions from clients with disputes relating to ownership of property.
Vijay also acts for both employers and employees in employment disputes relating to unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and redundancy. Vijay acts in disputes relating to claims under the Equality Act and in particular sex discrimination, and disability discrimination. Vijay also advises on and drafts settlement agreements and contracts of employment.
Vijay’s dedicated and analytical approach enables him to quickly identify legal issues and resolve disputes. Where resolution is not possible Vijay guides his clients through the court or tribunal process.
