Sarah Clancy

Sarah is a Solicitor in the Development Department of Prince Evans, having recently completed her training contract. Sarah joined Prince Evans from city law firm, Devonshires where she spent four years in their real estate and projects department acting for a variety of clients including Housing Associations. Prior to that Sarah worked in litigation in a boutique City firm.

Sarah deals with a variety of property transactions for individuals as well as for Social Landlords. This includes all types of new build property, shared ownership and staircasing transactions, sales, purchases, mortgages, transfers of equity, leases, lease extensions and enfranchisement.

Sarah also has experience dealing with various other property matters for Housing Associations to include licences, deeds of easements and statutory agreements.
