Gary Smith

Gary Smith Partner, Member of the LLP & Head of Catastrophic and Personal Injury Team. Gary has many years’ experience as a leading catastrophic injury lawyer and manages our expanding claimant-only Catastrophic and Personal Injury Teams.

Gary is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, specialises in representing victims of severe injury, and has particular expertise acting for clients who have suffered brain injury.

Amongst his successful instructions, Gary has achieved multi-million pound damages claim on behalf of a brain injured pedestrian against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, and a substantial six figure sum for a member of the services injured whilst serving in Iraq.
