Anthony Best

Anthony Best is the Managing Partner, Member of the LLP and Head of Prince Evans’ Dispute Resolution Teams and Social Housing areas of practice. Anthony is the COLP and Money Laundering Officer. He also leads on the Firm’s new business and marketing initiatives.

Anthony has vast litigation experience in all types of commercial claims, before the Courts, in Arbitration and Mediation.

He handles a broad-range of property disputes, including land and real property issues, professional negligence and all types of contentious (including adjudication) and non-contentious construction work, particularly on the JCT Forms of Build Contract. He deals with commercial contract and tortious claims and contentious probate.

He is also well versed in advising on and drafting terms of business, commercial contracts and agreements related to sales, distribution and IT.

Anthony is passionate about music, football (Liverpool) and golf.
