Dennis Macharaga and Paul Dutch will present on the legal implications of Section 106 planning agreements and planning obligations, including affordable housing requirements. They will offer practical tips about Section 106 planning agreements and the issue of affordability.

Steve Douglas, Co-Chief Executive of Altair and also Chairman of One Housing Group whose expertise is in Housing Association organisational excellence with specific focus on organisational change management, leadership and strategic advice on affordable housing, will speak about the future of housing governance in a post Grenfell/ Hackitt Review world.

Our second guest speaker, Russell Smith is a Planner from Savills’ Planning Team, with over 10 years experience as a professional Town planner and he will present on planning obligations in practice.
