Civil & Family Court fees have changed as of 30th September 2021

Court fees have changed as of 30th of September 2021.

The main ones are now:

Petition – £593

Form A – £275

Fee for a consent order – £53

D11 – £167

C100 – £232

As fees are going up, clients with less than £3,000 in savings and less than £1,170 per month income (plus £265 for each child they have) will be eligible for a fee exemption or partial reduction. Clients can now fill in the fee exemption form online and get a code to include with the application form https://www.gov.uk/get-help-with-court-fees
