However, that ‘it’ is far from final if you’re an Executor or Personal Representative of a deceased person’s estate. Reluctant as we are to confront mortality, it’s one of those issues where preparation, planning and knowledge pay dividends.

Probate:
• Assuming your duties and responsibilities;
• Obtaining Grant of Probate where necessary;
• Administering estates accurately;
• Accounting to beneficiaries and distributing
