Patrick Lees is a Senior Solicitor with wide experience in advising businesses and individuals in their commercial and property affairs.
Clients include individuals and companies making investments, home-owners and SME operators. Recent work includes acting for both landlords and occupiers regarding shops, offices and industrial premises, dealing with secured lending and residential development sites, and multi-million pound residential conveyancing, as well as lease extensions and enfranchisement work.

Patrick qualified in 1998 having read Business Law at The City University and its Business School, and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. He has worked in central London with Pinsent Masons, Nabarro Nathanson and Howard Kennedy, and was the senior assistant in the property development team of IBB Solicitors in Uxbridge. He has also been a partner in what was then Crellins Carter in Surrey.
He enjoys history, travel, several sports (including cricket, rowing, and football) both as a spectator and, with decreasing frequency, participant, as well as tinkering with old cars, and driving them when they are working.
