Free Seminar: Leasehold Managers – ‘Get Noticed’

This free seminar is a prime opportunity for Leasehold Managers and Officers to become fully conversant with the preparation and service of Notices – be it for service charges, rent arrears, Lease extensions or breaches.

Prince Evans’ leasehold experts will be discussing and explaining the key requirements for the preparation and service of the most common notices and effective practices with regard to:

  • Section 20 Notices on consultation for major works long-term arrangements
  • Section 20B Notices for delayed demands for Service charge payments
  • Shared Ownership Leases with rent arrears, whether to serve Notices of Seeking Possession or a Section 146 Notice prior to forfeiture
  • How to effectively serve Notices on absent Landlords and tenants

In addition there will also be an update on the latest position on Phillips v Francis – the important case law regarding ‘qualifying works’ under terms of a lease.
